If you’ve made an agreement legally binding and somebody doesn’t follow it, you should consider whether it can be sorted out with the help of a mediator. If not, it can be enforced through the courts

Who can conduct a MIAM?
We’ve GOT YOU COVERED
Only Family Council Accredited mediators (FMCA) can conduct MIAMS. All our mediators are full qualified to help you. If you want to take your case to court, it is now – in most cases – a legal requirement to attend a MIAM. The other person involved is also expected to attend a MIAM, but they don’t have to go to the same meeting as you.
